It’s a renewable, natural raw material and by picking a wooden toy that’s sustainably
sourced or from FSC® certified wood, you, the customer, are playing a small
part in reducing the amount of plastic waste in the world.
Often wooden toys are much more durable than their plastic counterparts and will last
longer, often being played with for years, and even passed down generations. Best
of all when it does reach the end of its life it can be easily recycled because
they’re made from natural materials.
Most wooden toys are manufactured using sustainable forestry methods and fast-growing trees.
If you see the mark of FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) on a wooden toy it means that the wood comes from trees that are managed responsibly, economically and in an environmentally friendly manner.

We're proud to source our products from a variety of sources both here in the U.K. and Europe and we're constantly looking for fantastic items to add to our store.
80% of our toys are from the Small Foot brand who hold the FSC® certification and are also
part of the ICTI program.
Small Foot produce toys in an environmentally sustainable way choosing only
wood from sustainable forestry or fast-growing, local kinds of wood in order to
shorten material transport routes. They avoid the use of plastic in the
manufacture, packaging and transport of their products and undertake climate
neutral shipping.
Another supplier we use is the longest established member of TOYCRED which is the ‘Blue Chip’ safety accreditation standard for the toy industry.
ARE OUR TOYS SAFE?
The toys we sell come from recognised companies in the UK and Europe.
All toys imported into the UK and EU have to meet strict safety standards and EN 71
compliance is required.
The toys we source fully conform to the statutory requirements ensuring the highest level of safety for the toys.
HOW WILL MY TOY BE DELIVERED?
We use Royal Mail to ship all our products. Depending on where you live you should have been given a shipping cost at checkout.
If you live local to us we'll deliver your purchase personally for free!
If you live outside the U.K. and would like to order from us drop us an email and we'll sort something out!
WHAT IF MY TOY IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
If you receive a toy and it’s a bit bashed and bruised please drop us a message and we will send you a replacement for free asap!
If that toy is out of stock, or if you're still not happy we will refund your money immediately.
